As a rule, the authors of the article requested for inclusion are informed of the points that the members of the assessment panel – or further members of the advisory board – have decided need to be taken into account.  The applicants then have to implement these within a reasonable period of time. A person from the advisory board is responsible for ensuring that the author carries out the specifications regarding changes to the content as required by the editor. Also, that he/she fulfils the formal conditions regarding print (see: style sheet) and adheres to the agreed deadline. The printing of the article is accompanied editorially. The authors must carry out formal groundwork that is not accounted for in the proofreading and editorial costs, and must also contribute to the costs of printing.
